Limited Viewings: For our Fine Art Auctions, viewings will be limited to 10 people at a timed for a maximum of 20 minutes each. To arrange a viewing for the auction please book online by following the link below. Where possible we would ask that you use the facility to view the auction online. Limited viewing is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 5:00pm when booked in advance.
Auction Bidding: For our Fine Art Auctions we will conduct them online using the-saleroom.com’s Timed Auction Platform. A fully illustrated catalogue will be available prior to the auction on Tuesday.The Auction will start at 10:00pm on Tuesday morning. Commencing Thursday at 6:00pm bidding will close at 15 second intervals per lot, to allow you manage your bids across multiple lots.
Pre-arranged Collection: If you are successful with an item(s) you will receive an online invoice with a breakdown of you successful lots, this includes a link to allow you to pay your invoice online. After payment you arrange a collection time online, by booking a window for you to collect your lots. Please note all lots must be collected by 5:30pm Wednesday 8th of April.
Delivery for All Auctions: To help our customer to continue to engage with us we are offering delivery In selected lots. We can offer you a full 32 county, delivery service for parcels up to 30kg in cubic or dead weight for just €9.00 plus VAT per parcel. This price includes the collection of the goods by the local courier in your area along with full track & trace and online proof of delivery. Should you have any small items, we also offer an A3 sized satchel service at cost of €6 plus VAT for full nationwide delivery. For UK deliveries we operate at 48-hour service at a cost of €20.00 plus VAT per parcel up to 20kg. This also includes full online track & trace with proof of delivery.

Arrangements Prior To Covid-19:
Our Swan Hall Fine Art Auctions are held approximately every four to six weeks with the auction taking place on a Thursday at 10am. Viewing for these sales is held on Tuesday from 2 pm – 5 pm and on Wednesday from 10 am – 9 pm in the week of the sale. Catalogues are available for purchase during viewing times and also can be downloaded from our website from the Monday afternoon the week of the sale. Commissioned bids will be accepted during the viewing and also by email to firstname.lastname@example.org up until the Wednesday at 9pm.
The auction takes place in our magnificent 1920’s Art Deco building, climate controlled, renovated and finished to the very highest standards. This impressive hall, with an abundance of natural light, incorporates many of the original architectural features and is an ideal venue for the auctioning of high quality antiques, fine art and works of art.
